At the time the 3rd went in, I was bemused and angry all at the same time. But my thoughts went out to the joy of the underdogs (and I mean Wigan fans, not neutrals or Chelski/Man fans). Realistically the title was beyond us, so the defeat was not the end of the world, but any fan would like their team to give it some stick. If it were Stoke, Blackburn, Bolton or Hull fans, perhaps I wouldn't feel so generous, but I thought Wigan played a clean game (ignoring that dive of course, rivalled only by one Emmanuel Eboue), and knicked the ball off our feet so often as to be mildly annoying!
