You just know those pesky rival podcasts are readying a swoop for Progress With Unity’s talented youngsters before the football blogging transfer window ends, so we’re going to hide from suspicious-looking guys with oversized camcorders for the next half hour.

There we go, I think we’re safe enough to release the podcast now! And please don’t tell me this episode has been available elsewhere for 30 hours, because you know full well that was all an excuse for me to go and watch Blockbusters on Challenge TV. “Bob, I want U,” indeed. Wait, I mean, erm…
I should warn you in advance that Barry was away on FAB duties for this edition, so the (aforementioned talented) kids have been let loose in the sweet… er, book shop. As a result, it’ll be about as organised as a John Barnes autocue rehearsal. (He wasn’t very good at it, if you remember those early Channel 5 broadcasts – maybe they should have got him to do the Anfield Rap instead.)

Wait, my mistake! That was apparently Andy Kellett’s senior goal for Plymouth Argyle. You know, the one that may or may not have caught the attention of Man U, who signed him on half-season loan at the end of the previous transfer window.
To bring us back from Planet Clickbait, I have to remind you that Kellett is a (largely non-scoring) defender and will probably be ‘accidentally’ decked by Grant Holt in a forthcoming Christopher Park training session.
